Hotel was fancy and I truly enjoyed the food there, it was fab. This accommodation was in the remote location in the midst of a really huge forestry area. Moreover, it's near the mountain, even more wildlife and a beautiful waterfall.

The view was breathtaking, surrounded by mountains and nature. The staff was quite attentive, friendly, and professional. They took excellent care of us, from explaining a lot about the wildlife and animals to preparing one of the best meals we had on our trip. We also enjoyed the guided hike, which offered the opportunity to capture some of the most stunning photos of our trip.
The transportation provided. The truck and van were outdated and unsafe. It seemed that the owners prioritized aesthetics over safety. Furthermore, the language barrier was an issue since not everyone spoke English fluently, which made it challenging to communicate our needs. It's also not ideal for solo female travelers due to several factors, such as the isolated location and poor transportation.

Nestled in the heart of a lush forest, this hotel is a luxurious mountain oasis. the outdoor infinity pool with its sun terrace and sun loungers is fabulous for relaxation, and the leisure and TV room add an extra touch of convenience. Exclusive room advantages and special diet menus were easily accommodated and fulfilled with attentive service. the private facilities in the rooms were second to none. the location advantages of this heavenly venue are breathtaking.
The only minor snag was the language barrier, as not all the staff spoke fluent English. with the exceptional service provided, it was hardly a hindrance at all.

Spectacular view of the forest and mountains, the staff was kind, and the food was delicious. The activities offered were enjoyable, we saw amazing wildlife thanks to the knowledgeable guide. The location is secluded and ideal to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
The transportation offered by the hotel was not up to standard, but they did their best to rectify the situation. The rooms were a bit cramped, but this was not a big issue considering the stunning surroundings.
